Re-enrollment 2013-14

Dear OUS Parents,

As we enter the spring semester it is time to begin making plans for the next school year. We are excited about all of the new changes we are about to embark upon and hope that you are too. Take a look at what is to come as we prepare for the 2013-2014 school year:

  • The 2013-2014 school year will mark a historic era for OUS. As we close a chapter at our current location we will look to a bigger future at our new location off of Industrial Drive. Use this opportunity of re-enrollment to be a special part of this new journey.
  • OUS will offer programs from PreK through the 5th grade next year as we make our plans to expand. The OUS Board of Directors is committed to providing outstanding education for our rising fifth graders. You will receive more information regarding their advanced curriculum, leadership program, and other promising opportunities.
  • Technology enhancements will continue to grow as we integrate school wide to an online database called RenWeb. All parents will be given an access code that will provide the opportunity to constantly check on their child’s progress, stay up to date with daily newsletters, review homework and classroom assignments, update student and family information and much, much more!

We hope you will join us for another wonderful year of growth, opportunity and excellence. To ensure we continue to offer the best educational opportunities for your child, tuition will increase this year by $250/full-time student. This increase will be passed along to our dedicated faculty, helping us to attract and retain the best educational professionals available. Tuition still remains competitive among other private schools, and this is our first time to raise tuition in two years.

To encourage early registration, we are offering a $100 discount off the re-enrollment fee, if the contract is received by March 18, 2013. This allows us to plan space utilization, programs, and expenses for personnel, equipment, materials, etc. The Board of Directors and I are, and will continue to be, good stewards of the financial resources available to us, and we are committed to operating the school in a financially responsible manner.

I look forward to serving your family for the 2013-2014 school year. All of us who work with your children are honored that you entrust them to us. We take that responsibility seriously and pledge to you always to give our very best to them and their education.

If you have any questions regarding re-enrollment please contact any of us in the office; Jenna, Emily Grace, or myself. We will be pleased to assist you in any way we are able.

Sincerely,

Tommy Naron
Headmaster
