After-School Program

The After-School Program is available to OUS students of all grades. It begins at the end of the school day at 3:00 and ends promptly at 5:15pm. Students who are staying for after-school, gather in the gym for snacks and water.  After snack time students have a bathroom break and go outside for supervised play (weather permitting).  Students in grades 1st - 4th do their homework until 4:00pm. Teachers are available if students have any questions and need assistance with their work. If the weather is too hot, cold or rainy, the students have supervised play in the gym.  While in the gym students have access to balls, hula hoops, and other activities. 

The cost for the After-School Program is $65 a month per student and $45 per month for each additional sibling. If a child is not picked up by 5:15pm, there is a $10 late fee.  If you are not signed up for the After-School Program, but occasionally need your child to stay after, there is a $10 per day drop-in fee. Students who are not picked up by 3:00 (PreK, JrK, SrK) or 3:15 (1^st-4^th) will be sent to after-school care and will be charged a $10 fee per child.
